Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our products are freshly made to order, we have a limited refund window. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
Cancellations
- Before packing: You may cancel your order free of charge. Use the Order Status page or contact us on WhatsApp immediately.
- After packing: Cancellation may not be possible as the order has already been prepared.
- After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are out for delivery.
Refunds
- Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please send us a photo via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Non-delivery: If your order was not delivered despite a confirmed dispatch, please contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate and arrange a full refund or re-delivery.
- Change of mind: We are unable to offer refunds for orders cancelled after preparation has begun.
How Refunds Are Processed
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (where applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days of approval.
